Where AskSami's signups come from
AskSami went live at asksami.app on 19 September 2026. As of 21 September 2026 it has had three signups, and one of them has checked out on a plan. By source: Typed the address, or a link that sent no referrer, two signups; Google search, one signup (one paid). Every figure here is counted the way AskSami counts them for the products it reads: where each account came from on the first page of the visit it signed up in, with no cookie, and money beside the signups. The tables are read from the live database each time the page is built.

A source is the site that sent the visit, read from the address tags or the referrer of the first page of that visit, or "direct" when nothing sent it. Checked out on a plan means the account finished the plan checkout, which is what lets a person into AskSami. A launch code that makes the first invoice $0 counts, because the account is let in the same way.

What has been spent
Nothing has been spent on marketing AskSami so far: no ads, no paid listing, no sponsorship. The founder's time is not counted here. This line changes the day money is spent, and the amount goes beside the signups it brought.
How each signup is counted
- First touch, once. The account keeps the first page of the visit it was made in: the address tags, the page that sent the visitor there, and the page they landed on. It is written when the account is made and never changed.
- No cookie. Nothing is written to the browser to carry it. The touch travels in the address from page to page. When it is lost on the way, the source is recorded as not recorded, never guessed.
- Money beside the signups. Paid is the account checking out on a plan, read from the same record that lets the person in. Nothing is counted from a payment provider or a spreadsheet.
- An account that is deleted leaves the count. When a person deletes their account, its row goes with it, so a month can show fewer signups later than it did at the time.
- The founder's own accounts. No account is left out of the count today.

Why this page exists
AskSami asks every founder to count signups and payments by where each one came from, with the cost beside them, and to judge a channel on that record rather than on a feeling. This page is AskSami doing the same to itself, in public. The numbers are small, they are dated, and they will not be rounded. Getting named by ChatGPT is the method the pages here follow, and this page is where its result will show.

What counts as a paying customer on this page?
An account that finished the checkout on one of the three plans. That is the moment AskSami lets a person in and starts reading their product. A first invoice brought to $0 by a launch code counts, because the account is let in the same way. Credits bought later are not counted here.
Why are the numbers so small?
Because AskSami went live on 19 September 2026 and this is the count as it stands. The page is read from the database, so it grows only when the numbers do.
Does the count include the founder's own accounts?
No account is left out of the count today. An account is left out only when the owner names it, so a test account made before that is still counted, and the page says so here rather than quietly removing it.
